Return Policy

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for approval.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

Exchange or replacement requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

For approved exchanges (other than damaged, defective, or incorrect items), a ₹200 shipping charge will be applicable.

Once approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.

Refund Policy

If approved refund, refund will be credited to the original payment method within a 5-7 working days

Refunds will only be considered if an approved exchange or replacement cannot be fulfilled for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, the refund will be processed at the sole discretion of Amoha Sterls.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
